The 12 Months Free Shopping Festival (herein after referred to as “T12MFSF” is applicable on purchases made between 01st October 2014 to 12th October 2014 (Inclusive of both days) across participating formats of Future Group With the onset of Diwali, the month of October is the biggest shopping season in India and a time of the year when customers open up their purse and indulge in purchases. We will be celebrating The 12 Months Free Shopping Festival (‘T12MFSF’) from 01st October 2014 to 12th October 2014 across all the participating format stores of Future Group. During this period, customers can shop at any Future Group (participating format) stores and get never before free shopping benefits which can be redeemed on a monthly basis at any Future Group store.
Benefit of the Program: -
- Customers will have the freedom to shop across Future Group stores and accumulate their shopping values during the 12 days
- Based on purchase slabs, customers will get a free monthly shopping amount which gets credited on to their account which can be redeemed in any Future Group store they wish.

Accumulation of Shopping Value
- Customer enters a store from amongst the participating Future Group Formats
- Designated Team Member / Promoter to issue paper card to customer with Welcome Leaflet at the entry
- Customer must send an SMS to TAG the card to their mobile no – “14 digit card no. & mobile no.” To the number “9040090400”. This will help the customer to link their card number with their mobile no. for communication & validation of purchases
- Only one card can be registered against a mobile no.
- To accumulate the shopping value of customers purchases cashier must scan the card at the start of the transaction
- To do multiple card transaction cashier must ensure that FGSC card is scanned first & then Payback card is swiped or else system will not consider FGSC card.
- A promo slip will be generated with each bill to inform customer about the Program
